These Webinar Registration Terms (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Seda Law Firm PLLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Firm”), and the person registering for a webinar event through this website (“Registrant”). These Terms may be updated at any time. Registrants will be notified of material updates via email and continued use of the registration services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms govern your registration for and participation in online educational webinar events (“Events”) hosted by Seda Law Firm PLLC through our website and third-party webinar platforms. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the Firm’s Privacy Policy, available at sedalawfirm.com/privacy-policy.
2. Communications & Notifications
By registering for an Event, you agree to receive email and/or text message (SMS) communications related to that Event, including confirmation messages, reminders, and follow-up information. You may opt out of email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
3. Data Collection & Use
When you register for an Event, certain information you provide — including your name, email address, and phone number — will be collected and stored by Seda Law Firm PLLC and may be shared with third-party platforms used to host or deliver the Event. This information will be used to administer your registration, deliver Event communications, and follow up regarding our legal services. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. All data collected is subject to the Firm’s Privacy Policy.
4. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Attendance at any Firm-hosted Event does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Seda Law Firm PLLC or any of its attorneys. The content presented at Events is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a licensed attorney for advice specific to your individual situation.
5. Proper Conduct
Registrants agree not to use the Event platform to: (i) disrupt, hijack, or otherwise interfere with any Event or with the ability of other attendees to participate; (ii) send spam or unauthorized commercial messages to other attendees; or (iii) upload, share, or transmit any material that violates the intellectual property rights of any person.
6. Intellectual Property
All webinar content — including presentations, recordings, handouts, and related materials — is the property of Seda Law Firm PLLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any Event content without the Firm’s prior written consent.
7. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content presented through a Firm-hosted Event infringes upon a copyright you hold or represent, please notify us at info@sedalawfirm.com and include the following information as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”): (i) identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; (ii) a specific description of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (iii) your name, address, phone number, and email address; (iv) a statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (vi) your electronic or physical signature. The Firm reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and to take appropriate action regarding repeat violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEDA LAW FIRM PLLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY REGISTRANT OR THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR LOST PROFITS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR REGISTRATION FOR OR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE FIRM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. No Warranties
EVENTS ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE FIRM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ANY EVENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. THE FIRM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT EVENTS WILL BE ACCESSIBLE ON ALL DEVICES OR OPERATING SYSTEMS.
10. Governing Law
